If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM (click on this link to download the Return_Exchange_new_FINAL_Single.pdf) and return item and a copy of your original receipt and/or transaction detail to the address below within 30-days from purchase date. Ship item with a tracking number. Returns are not acceptable if the items have been damaged, washed, soiled, smells of odor or otherwise altered after delivery. All returned items must have all tags attached. Items without all applicable tags are not acceptable for full refund. Once we receive your item, we will issue credit back to your card:

Str8-n-Up wants to make sure that your dissatisfaction with our product is not due to sizing/fitting issues. Our product is based on special sizing that is unisex. Please check the sizing/measuring chart on the back of the packaging box to make sure that you ordered the correct size. If it’s a case due to wrong size ordered, we will be more than happy to exchange it for the right size. We encourage customers to view the short video on how to properly put on Str8-n-Up on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rmX5AyAvoFQ. If not correctly worn, Str8-n-Up will feel awkward and will not work for the user. Str8-n-Up is not for those looking for a brace or some type of support to hold their shoulders in place. Str8-n-Up is a tool to help the user condition themselves so that the user will know what proper form should be and feel. The tension of the bands should give a SLIGHT pull to the shoulders and neck muscles. The band tension should not be a tight pull, this could cause injury to user. Anyone one having health issues should first consult medical advise with their physician or a qualified health care professional before using Str8-n-Up.
**DEFECTIVE/DISCONTINUED ITEMS are non-refundable. Our items that are sold under our DEFECTIVE YET EFFECTIVE CLEARANCE SALE are non-refundable.
